Anyone have one they recommend?When you get a AA number are you supposed to subtract that from the final ?
i used some aged whole leaf simco last week in a sour and accidentally made a pale ale or something.
original AA was listed at 12.8 they aged a minimum of 400 days but i don't know the actual number kept refrigerated but not in sealed bags. this calc told me 2% AA and i blindly followed what it said but it was way off.

does anyone think that whole leaf hops would loose more then pellets? i sure do. Are there any calcs that take the hop format into account?
