Aged Apfelwein - yummy

I found a few bottles of Apfelwein that fermented about 9 months ago. Had one last night and it was fantastic. It mellowed way out and tasted very much like a dryer commercial cider. Very impressed.

I'll definitely be making another batch this Fall for Summer 2011!

i have 3 bottles that are about 1.5 years old. mouth waters every time i see them.
