I know that Munton's "Bock" is not a true Bock as it is not lagered. That said, the first couple batches I made where this and my friends and family LOVE the stuff. However, I have since moved on to AG brewing and have run out of the "bock". This leads me to two questions:
First, what yeast is included in the kit? I am assuming a typical clean ale yeast but am not entirely sure.
Second, Can I just use an AG Bock recipe and just substitute the ale yeast for the lager yeast?
