Northern Brewer Cream Ale AG kit calls for multi step decoction mash.

122F 20mins
152F 30mins
170F 10mins

Will it be okay to just do 60min @ 152F with 170F mash out?

What would I lose by changing the mash schedule?

Just realized that is not a decoction mash NB calls for. Just a multi-rest mash. Still I prefer single temp.
