lookin for suggestions, tweaks whatever. i cannot get the hops i need to try a torpedo IPA clone, so i made this one up.
my last coupla brews are too dry, this one i will try to keep that from happening again. not to mention, my fermentation temps will be lower (my closet has been 59-61* for the last three weeks)
any ideas folks?

sorry, no suggestions but I recently discovered this stuff and hmmmmmmm. :)

g/l with the recipe, i'd be interested in trying make it myself.
 
You say your other beers were to dry, I will suggest mashing with 1.5 quarts per pound of grain, at 154*f for 1 hour, this will give your beer a medium body, and should not dry it out, the recipe looks good to me, good luck my friend:mug:I meant to say 1.25 quarts per pound of grain, its been a long night:mug:
 
+1 on the 154 mash temp. the cara pils dextrine malt should help with the body as well.

that what i was thinkin about the ccarapils... i went with 1.5lbs, and im gonna mash @ 154.

also changed mash from 2.0, to 1.75 ratio since i only have 10 gallons of water, and i want to do two sparges bigger than 1.26 gallons.
