Evening All, I've been brewing for a few years now and thoroughly enjoyed building a simple gravity beer stand and didn't have to sink too much $ into as I stumbled upon used equipment here and there. I'd like to either buy or build a system that will allow for fine temperature control during mash, sparging, and lautering with my hope better accuracy, precision, and reproducibility. The cost of designing and building doesn't appear to really save me any $ but would certainly be fun. My wife is fine with me buying an off-the-shelf model so I've narrowed down to BrewMagic-Pro by Sabco and www.morebeer.com beer sculpture Model: B3:1550 with the digital SMART system. If I had the time I'd definitely try to build but the my job is cutting into my brewing time. Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Jeffrey

I must admit, if money were no object, I would buy a BrewMagic-Pro. Maybe if the new business gets rolling ...
