I'll be bottling my second batch tomorrow (Midnight IPA) and I'm looking for some thoughts on a good X-Mas brew for my next batch. Not looking for something heavily spiced or fruity...Scottish Ale maybe?

I always like a good strong ale around christmas time. Nothing like a little alcohol to warm you up a bit.
