Just to see what will happen, I've started a series of small-batch experiments in making beer with a mix of 2-row malt and starchy vegetables. My first one, a half-gallon of parsnip ale, is fermenting nicely. I also plan to try turnip and rutabaga.

What I haven't been able to find any information on, is how to add these vegetables to Beersmith2. There's an add-on available for fruits, but I've already checked that and haven't seen any ingredients I plan to use in this.

How would I figure out the details Beersmith2 wants to know about a new Grain ingredient, Potential SG especially?
