I just made some blackberry and it's in the primary bubbling away. I messed up a little on the math when I scaled it down and I need to add about 1/8 teas. more of pectic enzyme. Sunday will be a week that's it's fermenting. Will it be too late to add in the pectic? I'm not thinking it is but wanted to make sure.

Nope. get it in there now. However, 1/8 teapson is next to nothing. If the berries are broken down and mush, then the liquid and yeast did their jobs. No more enzyme needed.
