Hello out there, I just purchased a Winexpert Eclipse Chardonnay Kit to make for my wife. I have made their Vintners Reserve Chardonnay in the past and she was not a huge fan. She asked me to try a higher quality kit. So to my luck my local home brew store has some Eclipse kits up to 60% off.
My problem now is that I am home I decided to check if it is oak'd (she likes oaky chardonnays like Toasted Head and Kendall Jackson) this particular kit is not.
So I am hear looking to anyone willing to help share some thoughts with me on how much oak I should add in hopes of not throwing my money down the drain with this wine
Thanks in Advance!
