I mistakenly ordered only 1 package of Wyeast 3522 for my Houblonmonstre Tripel IPA rather than the 2 that MrMalty called for. I just ordered a second package a few minutes ago, but probably won't receive it until Monday (4 days from now). I have already made a 2L yeast starter with the one package that I have and will be brewing tomorrow. Will adding the second yeast package when I receive it on Monday still achieve the desired results?

Most of the active fermentation will likely be finished, so adding more yeast then probably won't do anything for you. Since you made a starter, you will likely be fine just pitching with that.

Thanks for the advice. I'll do just that and make the Houblonmonstre again soon and use the second yeast pack then.
