I have a beer coming up that needs lemon zest and coriander. Is there any problem with adding the juice from the lemons to the fermenter?

I have heard there could be issues with adding citrus juice (lemon, orange, etc.).

I've done it with orange juice at/near the end of fermentation, and the sugars from the juice fermented out. No issues.

I think just normal sanitation concerns. And then if you bottle before fruit sugar is fermented, it may bump up your carbonation a bit (but the amount of sugar from 1-2 lemons probably wouldn't have much impact).
