I have read that adding bananas or raisins during fermentation will add body to wine. How much of either or both should be added per gallon? Doing a pinot noir from concentrate from home winery. Any opinions are appreciated.
 
Pinot's are a very light wine and really not meant to have a lot of body, if you want a wine with lots of body then don't do a pinot.
