I have a 2.5 gal batch of po boy's welches white 11 days fermenting & still going well. Is it too late to add the pectic enzyme and acid blend? They finally arrived.
I have a 2.5 gal batch of po boy's welches white 11 days fermenting & still going well. Is it too late to add the pectic enzyme and acid blend? They finally arrived.
I've never had to add pectic to get my concentrate and juice wines to clear. You should be ok without it. Acid blend I'm unsure of if it affects the way the yeast ferment or could shock 'em or anything.
