I made a boo boo when making a wine kit, I accidentally added the sulphite pack instead of the yeast. Is the kit ruined?

It’s a 6gal kit not sure the amount just one pack that came with it. I’m using a fast ferment I’m wounding if I wait a day or two and dump what’s in the collection ball.

The kit is already sulfited when you get it, but it will dissolve when you add more- so it’s not that there is going to be excess sulfites in the bottom. Open the fermenter, stir often to dissipate the sulfite, and then add the yeast tomorrow
