Just added finings to my first beer (hydrolysed collagen in ~1/2 cup of water) ~20 days after fermentation began, and am anticipating bottling within the next 2-3 days.
When adding them, I simply poured from the cup straight into the fermenter so that it splashed around a bit upon entering, and air bubbles became visible around the area of splashing. Realised my mistake straight away, and was wondering how much of an effect something like that would have on the flavour profile of the beer?
