I've got a Belgian Trippel in primary. I've had to put on a blow off tube. The Airlocks couldn't handle the CO2. I'm using a 6.5gal Big Mouth Bubbler so I've got head space. I like the Big Mouth in lieu of the plastic fermenter buckets it great for observing the yeast working. I'll just have to be a little more proactive with this beer.
