I brewed a porter for St. Patrick's Day. This was the first beer to go in my new kegerator, and SWMBO and I were well excited. She's always after me to brew lower-ABV beers, even though I like them stronger, so this one was about 4%. We kegged the beer, and pulled a few pints for St. Pat's--delicious!!

Turns out the temperature control on my mini fridge is not the greatest. I cracked open the keg tonight and saw a thick layer of ice (I'm guessing about 1/2 gallon?). I kind of thought this beer tasted boozier than 4%.

So the question is, should I tell her?
