60 Minute BIAB Mash at 152

"Home" brew as my wife's name is Abbey (Malt/Yeast) and the street I live on is Horizon Drive.

I know it will make beer. Never used Horizon Hops or the Abbaye yeast before.

Any thoughts on what a flavor profile might be?

Thanks

You can run it through a recipe calculator and see what category it fits.
While Horizon is often used for bittering, I use it throughout the boil, but always combined with other hops.
Good luck, have fun, keep us posted.

BF shows it coming in as around an amber ale, but lower IBU by my personal preference. I got a gingerbread brown ale im going to brew tomorrow for the holidays, and then ill probably get after this one. I will do just a 1 gallon test batch as stated and scale up with adjustments if its decent. Ill update during the process.

Thanks
