From me to the seasonal experts here at HBT! My 1st homebrew was a total success and have cracked open my first after 30 days.

None of this would have been accomplished without your fine advice and ridiculous patience with questions you've heard 758,000 times before.

I also think the mods deserve a thankyou too, this is the only forum I have ever been subscribed to where inexperienced user threads aren't constantly
moved and/or deleted!

So thanks!
Richard

I do not! An EPA for Early next year is in the works, as well as a clone of a porter recipe i found called Full moon.

my first brewing session went about as wrong as it could possibly get (with the exception of that 15-year-old Mr. Beer Kit with coconut) but when I cracked open the first bottle it really was the best tasting beer I've ever had.

congrats on what looks like the best tasting beer you've ever had

welcome to the obsession
