A nice deal

I've had this tankless water heater for years, bought it when I lived in Sunnyvale & never installed it. So, I get to Oregon, no natural gas. Can't convert it to propane. Too old to sell on e-bay, even though it has never been used.

Last time I was down at Oregon Trails brewery, I noticed Dave used the same type of heater. He's always been good about bringing a Party Pig full to Heart of the Valley club meetings. I took it down yesterday and came back with a cornie full of his Brown and a rain check for another.

One more thing out of the garage to a good home!

Now, if I can only trade the electric dryer for a chest freezer...

We moved to NC from Sunnyvale about a year ago. Lived in the Eichler neighborhood near Fremont and Mary. I still miss the Saturday farmer's market, and drinks at the friendly neighborhood bars (Beefy's Cabin, Blue Max, etc.)
