I recently brewed a batch of a Harp clone. The recipe called for 2 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker for 60m, then 0.5 HH and 0.5 Saaz for 15 mins, then 0.5 HH and 0.25 Saaz for 10min.

I ran out of HH after the bittering addition, but did the Saaz at 0.74 / 0.25 (vs 0.5 / 0.25).

It was Sunday and no way to go out and buy more hops for the brew, so, no I am concerned that I will be a little short of Flavor / Aroma.

Any sage advice? Consider Dray happing at 2ndary maybe?

Thanks in advance.

It wouldn't bother. Dry hoping with an oz of either wouldn't hurt either. Most clones overshoot everything anyway. See how you like it.
