Anyways, I bought a package of leaf hops, specifically to dry hop my new "experimental" Boston Ale. I had the bright idea to use half of the package to dry hop the IPA I just moved to secondary fermentor. Then I realized that perhaps this leaf "Hallertau" hops won't go well with the Cascade hops which are the main aroma hops of my IPA. Do they? Are these hops contradictory? Am I nuts?
