630ss vs 650ss perlick regular vs. flow control

I am setting up my system and can't decide between the perlick 630ss or the 650ss. I understand that the one has flow control, which can help with foaming, but if you your system up right, it's not needed? What does everyone think?

Not gimmicky at all.I use mine on a regular basis.Well worth the money
