So in reviewing this thread with my mind on an upcoming project....how did you control the fermentation temps on 60G of brew? I have some thoughts on my own project, but was curious how you did yours?

Where is this store you speak of; what area of Lynchburg? I am up that way every month or so and might try to grab one.

edit: I think I found it... is it right outside of the distillery?

I am currently planning on building a 1bbl system. Did you get your barrel right after it was emptied or was it already pretty dried out?

I am right down the road in Murfreesboro. If I get it going in the fall I might get a group of people by to help.
