Just bottled a Bavarian Hefe. I wanted to carb up pretty good but I underestimated my volume. I ended up with just at 5 gallons (51 bottles full) but added 6 oz of corn sugar. I carb at room temp around 74, just want to make sure I'm not risking having some bombs. Beer Smith is telling me I should expect to be between 3.0-3.1 volumes... which is perfect for what Eric Warner says... just wanna make sure these bottles can handle that and aren't gonna start exploding on me. Anyone have experience with this level of carbonation?
