Hello,
I am brewing a Brooklyn Sorachi Ace clone, the recipe is for 5 Gal but I scaled it down to 1 Gal by dividing everything by 5.
It was looking great but then it came time to add the Dry Hops, the recipe calls for 2oz but I forgot to scale it down so I added 2oz to the 1 Gal batch where as that amount is supposed to be for 5 Gal!!
There is a LOT of hop matter floating in the fermenter, will this ruin my beer? Should I take it out earlier or sill wait for the full 5 days?
