I'm looking to sell this system to buy a nice smoker. The cost to build this system was well over $800.

This is a half propane/half electric brewing system. The Dark Star 2.0 gets you up to temperature fast and the RIMS helps you maintain consistent temperatures throughout the mash.

The Inkbird IPB-16 comes with a pump switch that allows you to use the re-circulation sparge arm which helped me reach mash efficiencies in the 80's.

Add a plate chiller to the strut stand and you will have a complete portable brewing system that takes up less than a 20"x20" footprint.

The cooler is not included, just used to show off the length of cable you have to mount the controller to the wall.
