Hello everyone! I am currently looking into prices on a new brew pub setup and was wondering if I could get some advice. A 5 BBL system should fit just right. Has anyone had any success with lease options? About how much for the 3 phase setup and enough fermenters and brite tanks to have 6-8 beers on tap? Any feedback would be appreciated. I live in Washington state if there are any locals.
On another note, I am a huge 2IPA fan! Love west coast varieties. Need to be a balanced beast though. So what types of beer do you all expect to see on tap and what beers if you had a wish would you like to see on tap? Thanks for the help guys and gals!
