Megabrewery

Really a fascinating read. The dig site and discovery seems to predate by as much as a couple thousand years a similar dig site in the Valley of Kings near (IIRC) Rameses Pyramid. That dig uncovered what appears to be a side by side bakery and brewery, likely used to feed the workers and laborers. Since beer was not a staple which would be given to slaves, it opened the possibility that the pyramids were actually built by skilled labor and educated engineers.

But the question remains unanswered:

Was the beer clear or hazy?
