I'm just guessing here, but Senate Bill 660 was introduced about a year ago, and that is related to the Medical Marihuana in the state of Michigan. It would actually consider it a Schedule 2 drug like Oxy and such, and be available at an actual pharmacy.
Sounds like a legit guess knowing DH
