Brewed my second batch of brew using a coppers kit, pitched my yeast at 25 degrees which i know is a bit high, its been 48 hours since and there still seems to be no fermentation going on. I wouldnt think the yeast would be affected much by this pitching temp. The only other reason i could see is i used a brew enhancer 2 kit from coopers but it was set hard as concrete so i made sure to get rid of all clumps when i mixed it with the can wort. I dont see where i went wrong im just wondering if its normal for fermentation signs to take a little longer in some cases but 2 days seems long enough to me.

What signs of fermentation are you looking for? If it was an ale at 25 then the ferment might well be over by now. Check the gravity.

Bubbling in the air lock, mainly and i pitched the yeast at 25 but after 5-6 hours i got the temp down to 21 which its been steady at the lsst two days

There is some mositure on the lid, ive yet to take another reading just going to wait it out a few more days
