Hey guys, long time lurker.....not so long time poster. I'm not that confident with wiring, and thought I'd try and save myself the anxiety or building a keggle by buying an electric hot water boiler/tea urn. It's a 40litre buffalo boiler. I tried it out last night, and it reached 97.5 degrees, which was pretty 'oh so close yet so far'!
Could anyone give me a heads up in terms of how to possibly bypass the thermostat or sensor so this thing can reach a boil?View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1449164788.882090.jpg
