brewed my 3rd all grain this sunday, first was 40% second was 61% bought a barley mill and used 5-2 ended up with 73.77% all three the same brew. it's turning and bubbling like crazy. just had to tell someone. thanks for all the good info on this site, you guys rock.

Nice! Just tried my first all grain - best stuff I've made yet.

Can you believe we didn't try this earlier?
 
How do they all taste? I would hope the last batch tastes better also. I know we all get wrapped up in trying to maximize efficiency, but I think taste is still the most important factor in a good brew. I think you will see better numbers the more batches you brew. Good job having the patients to brew the same recipe three times. I hear that is the best way to nail your technique. I have yet to brew the same recipe twice!! - Dirk
