Anyone know how many grams of priming sugar to put in a 345 ml bottle??

Depends on the type of beer and desired carbonation level.

It's a pale ale and just want to carbonate enough without them turning into bottle bombs.

Use the calculator below, but don't do it for just one bottle, do it for the full batch you've done. If your goal is to put it in the bottle and rack it onto it, rather than mixing it into the beer in the bottling bucket, then just split the correct amount up into the appropriate number of bottles for your batch.
