30th Birthday present - my in-laws are awesome!

My dirty thirty is rapidly approaching (Sept. 29th) and since my wife and I spent the weekend at her parents and we won't be seeing them again for a month or so, they went ahead and gave me my birthday present yesterday....

I had asked for 4 of the shaped DFH pint glasses and 4 of the DFH goblets. However my FIL happens to work in the grocery industry, and he's friends with the rep that distributes for DFH here in FL, so he hooked them up with a full case of 24 of EACH glass for me!!! So I just received 48 new beer drinking glasses I have no idea why they felt the need to give me so many, but I'll do my best to put them to good use.

Here are 8 of them lined up on my keezer, there are 40 more still in the box!

And on top of that, they threw in the silver DFH tap handle that's in the picture as well!!! Just had to share my good fortune, so far my birthday is starting off with a bang!

Ok, now that's out of the way... Nice score! If you should find that you just can't fit all those glasses behind the bar, you should know that I have plenty of room in my cupboards. Have fun putting them to use.

PS, I've never heard anyone use "dirty thirty" to refer to anything but a 30pack of keystone/natty light

I like the tap handles. You'll have to have your in-laws over to make use of that fine set-up.

NIce! Keep those extra glasses in the garage. You don't have to baby the ones you're using since you have so many back ups!

Just a little jealous over here. I guess birthday wishes aren't really needed as it looks to be going pretty well already!
