I am going to make a Belgian triple. I am going out of town in a week. If I brew it tonight will it be ready to go into the second fermenter by the time I leave in a week? Also will it be ok to leave alone for a week while I am gone?
 
Leave it in primary, tripels are strong beers, you don't want to take them off their yeast until you're sure they're fully fermented.
