A Newbe Question.

I have put together a recipie based on many i have viewed on many sights
and so far i have compiled a recipie based on these common ingrediants.

1.7 kg of amber liquid malt
1.7 kg of caramalt liquid extract
100 grms of chocalate malt grain
200 grms of caramunich grain
200 grms of crystal malt grain
450 grms of DME potwder
450 grms of light malt extra powder

Goldings hops @ 60 mins
hellertauer hops @ 20 mins
hellertauer hops @ 5 mins

yeast - Safbrew-033

are the ingrediants to much for a 23 litre brew ,I am aiming for a very full body heavy brew ( are the suger levels to high).

That's about right for 23L. Isn't caramalt LME basically the same as caramunich?
