It is beers such as the above, why SARA is my favorite saison/mixed fermentation/wild/farmhouse/not Farmstead®/country beer/rustic/insert industry buzzword here...brewery in the world.

This east coaster apologizes for the lack of beach/waterfall backdrop.

Pretty sure it's an aerial photograph or satellite image of the coast. The bottom half is water, the white part in the middle is the Sandy beach, and the top part is land.
Got it now after seeing Swarmbox. Was hard to tell on my phone. I still don't think it's particularly good or interesting.

Opened a Nonna's 8 with dinner last night. That beer is drinking insanely good right now. Had to be one of my top top experiences with Sante saisons. If anyone is still sitting on any bottles, I highly recommend opening one up tonight!

(Pairs great with salmon and sautéed green beens)

We did 8-12 a few months ago and, while I dug 8, 10 was the clear group favorite. I remember thinking the subtleties of 8 and 9 tasted as if they'd muted with age, whereas the components of 10 were comparatively distinct. The muting could've also been a result of my storage methods, however.
