I think they've bottled it 4 times. Pretty sure the last one was 10/31/15.

Pretty sure the original was barrel-aged, not foeder-aged. Someone will tell me I'm wrong and correct me, I'm sure. That's what this thread is for, right?

I've only had batch 3, which was "oak fermented". Not sure what that means, but damn it was tasty.

Yeah, it was a collab with Triple Rock in Berkeley.

B1 and B2 have the "SF Beer Week" label and are barrel-aged. B3 and B4 say "oak-fermented". IIRC Tim said the 3 big foeders were Farmhouse Noir, Four Legs Good, and Cellarman. The fact that a metric asston of the first two was available and we never saw the third makes me think something went wrong with the foeder.

Interesting, sounds like future Cellarman is quite feasible. Good for Matey since that's one of my favs from them.

They usually post every day on their Ig account around noon. Be sure to swipe as it is usually a multi photo post and the first post is always the draft board.
