Grain Bill
10lb. German pale
.25lb Carmel Crystal 45l
2oz. carafa special 2
.25lb. Honey malt
.25 Belgian Biscuit
.25 unmalted wheat
Hops
1oz Amarillo 30min.
1oz Amarillo 30min.
1/2oz.Saaz 15min.
1/2oz Saaz 15min.
Dry hop 2oz MT. Hood; 2 weeks
White Labs Burton Ale WLP023
 
All I can say is that's an interesting Pale Ale recipe! Malts and hops from all over the world.
 
Hops and grain smelled great together! The O.G. on this brew was 1.050. This was a brew done with left over hops and grain so I had to piece this one together. I try to incorporate all the culture I can into my beer. Zion Brewing:fro:
