My goals are:
1. Go all grain (just built my mash tun today!)
2. Start lagering (hopefully there's a freezer under the Christmas-tree)
3. Master a few session beers
I think I did pretty well for the year. All my batches this year were all-grain, and I'm getting my process pretty well dialed in. I've made one lager so far (Schwarzbier), and I've used my freezer for good temperature control. I haven't necessarily mastered any session beers, but I made several pretty good ones this year.
