I am planning on brewing 2 beers this weekend. I want to make starters for both of them but I only have 1 stir plate. I do have 2 Erlenmeyer flasks. How would be the best way to go about making both starters?

If I'm brewing on Sunday, should I start the first one on Tuesday? Let it go for 2 days. Then put it in the refrigerator? Then start the second one of Thursday? Let it go for 2 days and then refrigerate it?

Then bring them both out on Sunday and let them sit out for a few hours? Is there a better process I can do?

I would do exactly as you stated. Another option is to make a huge starter and just split it in half on brewday. You could do a few steps to accomplish this if needed

Thanks guys. I think I will start tonight since I'm busy tomorrow night anyway.

You can also always use the shake method for one if you're pressed for time. You're not totally so your idea is solid.
