So I made a 2l starter a couple of weeks ago with Wyeast Headwaters Ale. The packet was getting real close to the 6 months date. I figure I would have time to brew that week, but alas life got in the way.

Now its been 2 weeks and I'm ready to brew; is the starter still good or should I make another 1L starter with it just to get them going again?

Thought, Advise?

2 weeks is nothing, i wouldn't think twice about using it as is. and i am not cheap!
re-pitching yeast from a previous batch is basically the same thing as using dormant yeast from a starter, and loads of people use yeast straight out from under a 3-4 week old batch of beer, with great results.
