I have a 3 gallon carboy freed up with 3 gallons of fresh raw mountain apple cider. I need a quick proven recipe. I don't mind priming, but I dont want to end up with bottle bombs. Any help appreciated. I'm still a newbie to all this!
I do not have a 3 gallon secondary, but I do have two 5 gallon secondaries that are available. I wanted to try a 2.5 batch to do a half batch before I made a full commitment with 5 gallons of cider.
