1st Lager in a long time

Brewed a Munich style Helles yesterday. The 1st Lager in quite a while for me. Made a 2 1/2 gal starter with the WL820 for 24 gals of brew at room temp. Pitch it last evening around 7:00 at 75 deg. It's now slowly starting to ferment at a very nice 52 deg. Can't wait to try this beer in about 6 weeks! Next up in two weeks will be a Czech style Pils.
