I have a recipe from The Homebrewer Recipe Guide book that calls for 1 or 2 packages of Champagne Yeast.

5 gal apple cider (no preservatives)
2 lbs brown sugar
2 lbs honey

Bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar and 1/2 lb lactose.

I bought 2 packs.


Thoughts anyone on 1 or 2 packs of yeast? Impacts.

1 pack will do just fine :)

Two pack could take you a many more week for the yeasty taste to go away
