1st bottling.

Hi i've just bottled my 2nd brew kit by moving it to a bottling bucket,leavingthe lid off and dispensing the ale into bottles by using a nifty length of plastic with a spring at the bottom that lets the beer flow when pushed onto the bottom of the bottle...Was it ok to allow air into the beer for what was about 40 minutes from start to finish and most importantly what temp should i store the bottles over the next few weeks cheers..

Store at 70F. Ideally, you want to minimize O2 exposure as much as possible.
