My fermentation vessel is stored in my garage and the temp is 64 today but running up to the mid 90's in a couple of days. My instructions did not identify a temp range to store the full fermenter. My searches reveal I should be looking to stay in the 60's. Is this accurate? My glass carboy in inside a large plastic storage tub and I might be able tp throw ice in it from time to time during the hot days. Should this be refrigerated? I have my beer fridge that I could use but that sounds too cold.
