I was finally able to get my first 2010 brew under my belt, and it also happened to be my first 10-gallon batch (a modified version of BM's Sacred Summit Pale Ale).
Every thing went great. Hit my numbers and volumes and wound up with great conversion efficiency finally (98%), and decent overall efficieny (81%). Seems like I have my conversion efficiency issues worked out finally (maybe it helped that I didn't drink at all during this brew session
).
The Toyota works perfect for my gravity fed system.
23.75 lbs of grain at a 1.25 qt/lb ration just barely fit in my MLT.
